■Summary
The special engineering hydraulic cylinder is a double-acting single-piston HSG hydraulic cylinder, which is the executing mechanism of the reciprocating linear motion in the hydraulic system. It is mainly applied to hydraulic transmission of construction machinery, mining machinery, overweight transport machinery, metallurgical machinery and engineering vehicles.

●Sealing system
The company's hydraulic cylinders all use Terry Po, MERKEL can overcome the construction machinery, mining machinery, lifting and transportation of various conditions of use of the sealing ring, and the company's unique sealing system design, an effective solution to the piston rod end fluid Leakage and dry friction on the piston rod occur.
●Piston rod
Made of precision ground high strength carbon steel. Based on the design concept of high rod strength and high-performance heat treatment, hard chromium plating and CNC numerical control polishing ensure the uniform and high surface finish of the surface texture, thus ensuring the goodness of the surface oil film and improving the service life of the seal. . All piston rod and piston assemblies have a minimum safety factor of 4:1 based on the tensile strength at rated load at the smallest cross section.
●Guide sleeve
Made of high-strength ductile iron and high-strength carbon steel brazed in the buffer bore. While ensuring higher wear resistance, it avoids the friction and friction caused by the buffer sleeve and the guide sleeve. The imported phenolic support ring distributed in the guide sleeve has a high pressure bearing capacity and eliminates all metal-to-metal contact between the piston rod and the guide sleeve. The rational layout of the guide and support lengths minimizes bearing stress while increasing lateral load carrying capacity, absorbing shock, and increasing contact area, extending the life of both the hydraulic cylinder and the seal.
●Cylinder block
Made of high-strength alloy steel, the internal surface of our cylinder made by changing the wall thickness of the cylinder body with appropriate strength and appropriate size is polished to achieve a good surface finish and hardness, so as to minimize internal friction and improve resistance. Grinding to extend the life of the seal.
●Piston and piston seals
The standard piston is a one-piece steel structure and fits to the piston rod for concentricity. The long threading between the piston and the piston rod and the secure locking of the steel ball are easier to install and at the same time more fully guarantee reliable operation under high speed load conditions. The design of the threading position of the piston and the piston rod eliminates the traditional concept of front-guided rear thread. The design concept of the front thread and rearward guide adopts the heat treatment depth and hardness of the threaded part of the piston rod and greatly increases the piston. The axial load cross-sectional area of the rod body maximizes the strength of the piston rod.
In addition to ensuring the normal use of the hydraulic cylinder, the piston seal structure adds a dirt-retaining ring before and after the main seal and the support ring, which helps to protect the piston seal from contaminants, thereby increasing the service life of the seal.
●Buffer
This series of hydraulic cylinder buffer sleeves are made of high-strength alloy steel. After heat treatment and surface treatment, it can fully guarantee the test of high back pressure in the process of buffering before and after the hydraulic cylinder is used. In addition, a buffer mechanism that absorbs shock and pressure relief at the end of the trip is built in. The effective clearance between the buffer sleeve and the piston rod not only can reduce the hydraulic cylinder starting pressure, but also has the function of automatically adjusting the concentricity, eliminating the influence of the coaxiality error, good buffering performance, reducing the noise and impact load, extending the machine's Service life.
●Welding
Automatic welding of robots effectively avoids the unstable factors of manual welding quality, and ultrasonic flaw detection by professionals prevents the occurrence of welding defects.
●Safety
According to need, it is relatively easy to install a variety of valves with dedicated slow-return counter balancing and emergency shutdown functions.
