●The sealing system
is designed according to the special operating conditions of the oil cylinder, which can effectively prevent the destructive pollution of the hydraulic cylinder caused by seawater. The seals of well-known brands such as MERKEL are selected to completely solve the external leakage of the hydraulic cylinder and make the internal leakage almost zero, while ensuring the best lubricating oil film for the piston rod to prolong the service life of the seals. ● Piston rod
Made of precision ground low alloy high-strength structural cylinders or stainless steel, based on the design concept of improving rod strength and high-performance heat treatment, the corrosion resistance life of the piston rod surface is improved thr rough nickel plating, chromium plating, and CNC numerical control polishing. The following are commonly used methods for piston rods:
① Nickel plating and hard grid plating on the surface of the piston rod
② Welding stainless steel sleeve on the end surface of the piston rod
③ Stainless steel piston rod
● Guide sleeve
The reasonable layout of the guide and support length, as well as the phenolic support ring with high pressure bearing capacity, can eliminate the metal to metal contact between the piston rod and guide sleeve, avoid the occurrence of adhesive strain, and improve the lateral bearing capacity, absorb impact, and improve the service life of the hydraulic cylinder.
● Cylinder block
Select high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, and through cold extrusion and rolling processing, obtain good surface smoothness and hardness, reduce surface friction, improve wear resistance, extend the service life of sealing components, and maintain good performance at low temperatures.
● Pistons and piston seals
The piston is an integrated steel structure, connected to the piston rod through threads. The piston seal adopts PAKER's ZW type or MERKEL's L43 type integral double acting piston seal, which can achieve both guiding and sealing functions in a small space. The special shape of the sealing element ensures that there will be no distortion during installation, and the sealing element material is made of nitrile rubber with good sealing performance, Can achieve zero leakage as much as possible.
● Welding
Robot welding is adopted to effectively avoid unstable factors of manual welding quality, and the occurrence of welding defects is eliminated through flaw detection by professionals.
● Surface treatment
Unless otherwise specified, the surface of the oil cylinder is sandblasted according to ISO6501 standard 2.5 and has the following two anti-corrosion measures:
1. Inorganic zinc rich silicate paint with a minimum of 60um and a maximum of 120um.
2. 50um epoxy zinc rich paint with 150um polyurethane.
● Testing
The oil cylinder is tested before shipment, with a test pressure of 1.5 times the working pressure. During the test, the pressure is maintained for 5 minutes. The testing of the oil cylinder includes testing of items such as full stroke, full retraction, partial extension, and starting pressure.
The cleanliness of the test hydraulic oil meets the requirements of NAS6 level, and the hydraulic oil contains substances that prevent sulfurization pollution.
● Delivery: cleaning, storage;
Delivery: consistent with the order;
Cleanliness: When shipped, the cleanliness of the oil in the cylinder reaches NAS7 level
Storage: All connection ports are plugged with steel plugs; The outer surface of the piston rod is coated with grease containing anti-corrosion medium.
● Safety
As needed, various valves with slow return counting balance and emergency shutdown functions can be installed.
