●Piston rod

Made of precision ground high strength carbon steel. Based on the design concept of high rod strength and high-performance heat treatment, hard chromium plating and CNC numerical control polishing ensure the uniform and high surface finish of the surface texture, thus ensuring the goodness of the surface oil film and improving the service life of the seal. . All piston rod and piston assemblies have a minimum safety factor of 4:1 based on the tensile strength at rated load at the smallest cross section.

 ●Cylinder block

Made of high-strength alloy steel, the internal surface of our cylinder made by changing the wall thickness of the cylinder body with appropriate strength and suitable dimensions is polished to achieve a good surface finish and hardness, so as to minimize the internal friction and improve the resistance. Abrasiveness extends the life of the seal.
