● SEALING SYSTEM
The main seal is a combination of MERKEL Gly ring and U-ring seals, and the rotating joint body uses a rotating oil seal to ensure no leakage during high-speed rotation of the joint.
● Piston rod
Made of high-strength carbon steel with precision grinding. Based on the design concept of improving the strength of the rod body and high-performance heat treatment, through hard chromium plating and CNC CNC polishing, the uniformity and high smoothness of the surface mesh are ensured, thereby ensuring the good performance of the surface oil film and improving the service life of the sealing element.

● Cylinder block
Our company uses high-strength alloy steel forgings for quenching and tempering treatment, and changes the wall thickness of the cylinder body according to the appropriate strength and size. The inner surface of the cylinder body is processed by rolling to achieve good surface smoothness and hardness, in order to minimize internal friction and improve wear resistance, thereby extending the service life of the sealing components.
