●Sealing system
According to the special operating conditions of the cylinder design, it can effectively prevent the destructive pollution caused by seawater and other hydraulic cylinders. The use of seals from well-known brands such as MERKEL can completely solve the problem of external leakage of the hydraulic cylinder and enable the internal leakage to be almost zero while ensuring the best lubricant film for the piston rod and prolonging the service life of the seal.
●Piston rod
Made of precision ground low-alloy high-strength structural cylinders or stainless steel, based on the design concept of high rod strength and high-performance heat treatment, the corrosion life of the piston rod surface is improved by nickel-plated chrome plating and CNC-controlled polishing. The following pistons are used. The usual way of rods:
①Piston rod surface nickel plated + plated hard grid
②Stainless steel sleeve welded to the end of the piston rod
③Stainless steel piston rod
●Guide sleeve
The reasonable layout of the guide and supporting length and the phenolic support ring with high pressure bearing capacity can eliminate the metal and metal contact between the piston rod and the guide sleeve, avoiding the phenomenon of cemented strain, and at the same time can improve the lateral load carrying capacity and absorption. Impact, increase the service life of the hydraulic cylinder.
●Cylinder block
Select high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, through cold extrusion and rolling, to obtain a good surface finish and hardness, reduce the surface friction, improve wear resistance, extend the life of the seal, and maintain good performance at low temperatures .
●Piston and piston seals
The piston is a one-piece steel structure and is screwed onto the piston rod. The piston seal adopts PAKER's ZW type or MERKEL's L43 type integral double-acting piston seal, which can simultaneously guide and seal in a small space. Function, the special shape of the sealed original can guarantee that there will be no distortion during installation, and the sealed original material adopts NBR with very good sealing performance, which can realize zero leakage as much as possible.
●Welding
Using robot welding, the unstable factors of manual welding quality can be effectively avoided, and flaw detection by professionals can prevent the occurrence of welding defects.
●Surface treatment
Unless otherwise specified, the surface of the cylinder is grit blasted according to ISO 6501. There are two types of corrosion protection:
1. Inorganic zinc-rich silicate paint with a minimum of 60um and a maximum of 120um.
2. 50um epoxy zinc-rich paint plus 150um polyurethane.
●Test
The cylinder is tested before delivery. The test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure. The test pressure is 5 minutes. The test of the cylinder includes: full stroke, full retraction, partial extension, starting pressure and other items.
The cleanliness of the test hydraulic oil meets the requirements of NAS6, and the hydraulic oil contains substances that prevent the pollution of sulfur.
Delivery: cleaning, storage;

Delivery: consistent with the order;
Cleanliness: The oil cleanliness in the cylinder reaches the NAS7 level
Storage: All connections are plugged with steel plugs; the outer surface of the piston rod is coated with grease containing antiseptic media.

According to need, it is possible to install various valves with functions such as slow return count balancing and emergency shutdown.
