Predecessor of Wuxi Yidefu Hydraulic Cylinder Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "IDF"), is Second Factory of Wuxi Kangyu Hydraulic Cylinder Factory founded in 1998. Second Factory, founded in 2010, was registered and divided into IDF, having total investment of RMB 50000000, covering an area of 15,000m2, and having annual capacity of 20,000 hydraulic cylinders. It is responsible for supporting high-end customer groups of Changjiang Hydraulic Cylinder, and represents the top product group of Changjiang Hydraulic Cylinder. Since establishment, we have adhered to the enterprise tenet of "reputation first, and user first", and our products are applied to various industries, such as metallurgy, mine, lifting, transportation, ship, forging and pressing, machine tool, coal, petroleum, chemical industry, scientific research, military industry, water and electricity, and wind power. Moreover, we build the long-term cooperative relationship with SMS, Danieli, Case New Holland, FMC, Loesche, HIGO, HYDAC, Sandvik, China Metallurgical Group Corporation and other world famous enterprises, and have annual sales of RMB 30,000,000.
Equipment introduced by IDF from abroad includes Japanese scraping tumbling equipment, Shanneng inside hole honing equipment, Panasonic robot welding equipment, large friction welding machine, a lot of machining centers, CNC equipment and other more than 50 units. We also build the oil painting automatic line.
IDF applies 5%-7% of sales revenue to research and development by surrounding the development idea of "INNOVATION, DEVELOPMENT and FOCUS" and adhering to the business philosophy that "Quality changes future", makes deep study on oil cylinders with different applications, and especially, carries out the repeated verification of sealing, electroplating, heat treatment, welding and other critical processes. We are committed to providing the high-quality and high-reliability product for the customers.
