Continuous casting

■ Summary

Mainly used in conjunction with steel companies' slab continuous casting lines, square and round billet continuous casting lines, the main products include sector section clamping cylinders, reduction cylinders, tension leveler oil cylinders, mold vibration hydraulic cylinders, large ladle lifting cylinders, etc.

● SEALING SYSTEM
All seals are sealed using MERKEL standard room temperature seals, which can also be adjusted according to customer needs.
● Piston rod
Made of high-strength carbon steel with precision grinding. Based on the design concept of improving the strength of the rod body and high-performance heat treatment, through hard chromium plating and CNC CNC polishing, the uniformity and high smoothness of the surface mesh are ensured, thereby ensuring the good performance of the surface oil film and improving the service life of the sealing element. Due to its high working frequency, the vibration cylinder is sprayed with tungsten carbide treatment on the surface to increase its hardness and wear resistance.

● Cylinder block
Our company uses high-strength alloy steel forgings for quenching and tempering treatment, and changes the wall thickness of the cylinder body according to the appropriate strength and size. The inner surface of the cylinder body is processed by rolling to achieve good surface smoothness and hardness, in order to minimize internal friction and improve wear resistance, thereby extending the service life of the sealing components. The surface of the inner hole of the vibration cylinder is nitrided to increase surface hardness and wear resistance.
