●Sealing systemThe
company's hydraulic cylinders all choose Tribao, MERKEL's sealing rings that can overcome the conditions of use in various industries of construction machinery, mining machinery, lifting and transportation, and the company's unique sealing system design, which effectively solves the leakage of oil at the piston rod end and the occurrence of dry friction of the piston rod.
●The piston rod
is made of precision-ground high-strength carbon steel. Based on the design concept and high-performance heat treatment to improve the strength of the rod, through hard chrome plating and CNC polishing, the uniform and high finish of the surface mesh are guaranteed, thereby ensuring the goodness of the surface oil film and improving the service life of the seal. All piston rods and piston assemblies have a safety factor of at least 4:1 at the minimum cross-section based on tensile strength at rated load.
●The guide sleeve
is made of high-strength ductile iron and high-strength carbon steel welded with cushioned inner hole. While ensuring high wear resistance, it avoids the phenomenon of cementation and strain of steel parts due to friction of buffer sleeve and guide sleeve. The inlet phenolic support ring distributed in the guide sleeve has a high pressure-bearing capacity and can eliminate all metal-to-metal contact between the piston rod and the guide sleeve. The reasonable layout of guide and support lengths improves the lateral load carrying capacity, absorbs shocks, increases the contact area while minimizing bearing stress and extending the life of both hydraulic cylinders and seals.
●The cylinder body is made of high-strength alloy steel, according to the appropriate strength, suitable size to change the cylinder wall thickness of the company's cylinder body
surface through rolling processing to achieve good surface finish and hardness, in order to minimize the internal friction, improve the wear resistance, so as to extend the service life of the seal.
●Piston and piston seals
The standard piston is a one-piece steel structure and fits the piston rod for concentricity. The long thread screwing between the piston and the rod and the secure locking of the steel balls ensure reliable operation under high speed load conditions while easy installation. The design of the screwing part of the piston and the piston rod thread abandons the traditional concept of front guide and rear thread, adopts the design thinking of front thread and rear guide, while making full use of the heat treatment depth and hardness of the piston rod thread, and greatly increases the cross-sectional area of the piston rod body under axial load, and increases the strength of the piston rod to the maximum.
In addition to ensuring the normal use of the hydraulic cylinder, the piston sealing structure adds a dirt ring before and after the main seal and the supporting ring, which helps to protect the piston seal from contaminants, thereby improving the service life of the seal.
●CushioningThis
series of hydraulic cylinder buffer sleeves are made of high-strength alloy steel. After heat treatment and surface treatment, it can fully ensure the test of high back pressure during the front and rear cushioning of the hydraulic cylinder. It also has a built-in cushioning mechanism that absorbs shock and pressure relief at the end of the stroke. The effective gap between the buffer sleeve and the piston rod can not only reduce the starting pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, but also has the role of automatically adjusting the concentricity, eliminating the influence of coaxiality error, and the cushioning performance is good, which can reduce noise and shock load and extend the service life of the machine.
●Automatic welding of welding robot effectively avoids the unstable factors of manual welding quality, and is detected by ultrasonic flaw by professionals to eliminate the occurrence of welding
defects.
