Roll bending and rolling device for finishing mill

The bending and rolling device of the finishing mill is one of the core components of the finishing mill. Installed on the rolling mill frame, located on both sides of the work roll bearing seat, divided into the transmission side and the operation side, the inlet side and the outlet side. Use hydraulic bending cylinder to apply additional bending force to the work roll, causing additional deflection of the roll and compensating for the original roll crown; Use a hydraulic roller cylinder to change the axial relative position of the upper and lower work rolls, adjust the positive and negative convexity of the roll gap, improve the plate shape, and reduce the lateral thickness difference. Long term exposure to water vapor, multiple oxide scales, and high temperature environments, with severe impact and vibration, and continuous operation under variable load conditions. The structure is complex, with high precision requirements, high processing difficulty, and inconvenient on-site installation and maintenance. It has high requirements for stability and service life.
