■Overview
This series of hydraulic cylinders are mainly used for cement vertical mill equipment of German Loesche company and Herdecke coal mill. Each hydraulic cylinder is equipped with sufficient accumulators to ensure that the roller pressure fluctuation in the vertical mill operation is minimal, so that the mill runs smoothly; The grinding roller sleeve and the hub, as well as between the roller shaft and the rocker arm, are connected by cone structure and expansion sleeve structure, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly

● Rated working pressure: 16MPa;
● Design temperature: the general use temperature does not exceed 80 °C, which can be adjusted according to the actual working conditions.
● The main seal of the sealing system adopts MERKEL ES type combination seal, which is used for multiple sealing ring groups of
piston rods. It consists of a pressure ring and at least three V-rings and a support ring that can be adapted to harsh working conditions that require robustness and durability, has a long service life and can be optimally adjusted and combined to suit a variety of applications.
● The raw material of the piston rod
adopts 3CrMo forgings and undergoes secondary flaw detection and corresponding heat treatment process, and the outer surface is quenched and chrome-plated and polished to make the surface hardness and roughness reach the relevant standards.
● The cylinder block
is made of low-alloy high-strength structural steel, and the inner surface of the company's cylinder block manufactured according to the appropriate strength and suitable size has been chrome-plated, which has achieved good roughness and surface hardness and improved wear resistance.
