Looper cylinder

Loop cylinder - an important component of the loop device between the finishing mill frames. The looper device can eliminate the amount of looper generated when the steel strip head enters the lower frame; During rolling, the angular displacement change of the loop device absorbs the change in tension caused by tension fluctuations, maintaining constant tension rolling and stable rolling state. The looper cylinder is closed-loop controlled by an external torque sensor and an angle sensor in conjunction with a servo valve. Ensure that the looper has good dynamic characteristics for opening, dynamic stability, and closing. The looper cylinder requires low friction and fast dynamic response.
