AGC hydraulic cylinder

One of the most important core execution components in the AGC hydraulic cylinder strip thickness automatic control (AGC) system. During the rolling process, the position of the AGC cylinder (and the working roll gap of the rolling mill) needs to be accurately and effectively controlled in real-time by correction commands, so that the target thickness, same plate difference, and different plate difference of the product can meet the indicator requirements. The AGC cylinder requires high control accuracy, fast response, and low friction. Basic requirements: Cleanliness: NAS5 level Minimum starting pressure: ≤ 0.05MPa Bandwidth (-3db): ≥ 10Hz Step response: ≤ 50ms@0.1mm Or ≤ 25ms@0.05mm Loading hysteresis: ≤ 0.5% Fn
