The world's first fully intelligent production line for 1300mm continuous casting round billets was successfully tested in a hot test at Jianlong, Chengde. Yide Fu provided the hydraulic cylinder of the tension straightening machine for the entire production line, with a specification of 400/220.
On August 27, 2022, at 9:08 am, Chengde Jianlong Vanadium Titanium New Material Super Large Specification Round Billet Continuous Casting Machine was successfully tested and successfully produced Φ The 800mm specification continuous casting billet has set a new production record for the largest round billet in Jianlong Group.
This production line is the world's first fully intelligent and digital continuous casting production line, capable of producing Φ 700mm~ Φ 1300mm large diameter continuous casting round billet. Φ 1300mm round billets are the largest group spacing of continuous casting large round billets in the world today, filling the gap in China's production technology for large scale continuous casting round billets and leading the world.
